Verifcation: Entrants must have a valid Email address to enter. Winner will be contacted by Email, mail or phone. Verification ensures that people are not entering the name of a person who does not want to be entered. Submitted information is used internally only and will not be given or sold to anyone.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Purchasing does not improve your chances of winning. Sweepstake begins May 1, 2008 and ends September 30, 2008. To enter, simply fill the form above and follow the directions on the screen. One online entry per email account. Online entries must be received by 11:59 p.m.  September 30, 2008. Open to all legal residents of U.S. who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. A random drawing under the supervision of Consumers Kitchens & Baths will be held by October 1, 2008. Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. No cash in lieu of prize and no exchange or substitution of prize. All federal, state, and local income taxes on prize are the responsibility of the prizewinner. Installation is not included. Any winner who cannot be easily located at address shown on entry form will forfeit prize. Prize winner will be required to sign statement of eligibility and release of liability. Prizewinner will be required to disclose Driver’s License number, or other government issued identification number, for identification purposes. The prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected if the selected winner fails to sign and return any required documents within the time specified, or is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these rules. If, for any reason, Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned because of circumstances or causes which in the Sponsors’ sole judgment, affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right to terminate, modify, or suspend Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received. By acceptance of the prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name and photo for publicity purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries. All online entrants must have a valid email address. In case of dispute as to identity of entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry.
